Report: Commander Tallulah Maris Skahr, MIA

I regret to inform the Fort that Commander Skahr, late of the West Tower Guard, is now regarded as missing in action. Salamandastron, where Commander Skahr was headed on a diplomatic mission regarding our new navy, has sent a message informing us that the merchant vessel she was traveling with has put into port a week late, badly damaged and taking water. From the report of the captain, it appears they were caught in an enormous hurricane. During the storm, several individuals were washed overboard, including Commander Skahr. The last creature to see Commander Skahr said that she was attempting to pull an unconscious crewmember to safety when a wave crashed over her and pulled her into the sea. They were unable to find any sign of the commander.

An unwelcome guest has arrived in the Midwinter Celebration thread.  Rally together and save the fort!

Soon to come: a third skin, marking Skarndor's arrival and showing his threatening hold on the land.

Merry Christmas to all who celebreate it!  We hope the holiday season has blessed the lot of you.

Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, if you haven't posted in the Midwinter Celebration thread in the Keep do so soon!  Some trouble is brewing amid all the festive cheer. . .

Alright, second update on our new news blog.  I love this thing!

First off I'd like to offer up a huge thanks to SilverRose.  She's compiling current history for Redwall and going to put it in a "book" in our "library".  It's very nice of her to do and she's off to a great start.  There are two other unwritten books of this nature needed for our library, one about Salamandastron and the other about Southsward.  If you are interested in writing them or helping out please send me a PM and we'll talk.

Next I pinned a new topic in the General Chat.  It's an activity check and everyone needs to post in it so they don't get deleted.  Yep, I'm cleaning up our members page again.  This time I'm also going to be deleting registered accounts that have never been used or are no longer active, so if you know someone who still wants to play but hasn't posted in a while let them know they need to post in the activity check.

Oh yes, and I haven't posted it at this moment but I'm about to: I started a Midwinter Celebration thread.  Come celebrate the Mossflower version of the Christmas holiday with us.  Hopefully no one will crash the party. . . >.>

Last I did some tweaking with the member groups.  I created a new group called "unassigned".  Now when you register for an account you will be in the Unassigned group instead of heading straight into the Civilian group.  This is just a minor little detail I've been wanting to tweak for a while, and I think I got all the civilians moved over to where they are supposed to be.  Please let me know if you are in the wrong group in case I did miss someone or make a mistake.

Hope everybody is enjoying the holiday season!  My hubby and I are getting pretty excited about opening all our presents on Christmas day.  It's gonna be good!

So, all you observant types have noticed by now that a lot of stuff was removed from the boards.  Even the news section is gone!

Well, that's true and false at the same time because: now we have a website!  Oh yes!  Your crazy admin stayed up the entire night last night, slept through this morning, and worked all afternoon and evening to get this baby up and running, so I hope you all like how it looks.
